The renters auto insurance policy is the primary coverage for liability and damages for Street Legal Golf carts or LSV (low speed vehicle)

You are responsible for all damage or loss you cause to others. You agree to provide automobile liability, collision and comprehensive insurance covering you, us, and the Vehicle. 

Where state law requires us to provide auto liability insurance, or if you have no auto liability insurance, we provide auto liability insurance (the “Policy”) that is excess to any other valid and collectible insurance whether primary, secondary, excess, or contingent. 

The Policy provides bodily injury liability coverage and property damage liability coverage with limits no higher than minimum levels prescribed by the financial responsibility laws of the State whose laws apply to the loss.

Yes. Drivers must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license, major credit card, and current car insurance to operate our golf carts.

The renter's auto insurance is primary coverage for liability and damages.

Please verify with your vacation property manager that they permit street-legal golf cart rentals. No refunds for rejected Deliveries. 

Yes, but because these are considered Low Speed Vehicles under State Law, all the normal car seat and seat belt requirements apply as well.

Stuff happens! Reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to your start date will receive a full refund.  If cancelled within 48 hours of your start date, $195 will be forfeited and the remaining amount will be refunded.  If your reservation date has started, no refunds. 

It's simple!  Our rentals are " by the night' 

Reservations BEGIN on the day of delivery and END the morning after your last day.  For example, if your cart reservation ends Wednesday you have the cart the entire 24 hour period that day and we pick-up early in the morning on Thursday. 

  We even include free delivery and pick-up for most locations.  $75 delivery fee for Inlet, Rosemary or Seaside area. 

Our pricing is all-inclusive with no hidden fees, ensuring you have a smooth rental experience.

Our golf carts comfortably seat up to 6 passengers, making it perfect for families or groups. There is a seat belt for every passenger.

You can drive with our street-legal golf carts on roads with a speed limit of 35 MPH or lower. 

JoyRide only on streets marked 35mph or less. 

No driving on Highway 98. 

Carts are registered as motor vehicles, so normal driving rules apply.

Most establishments and public beaches have spaces to park golf carts.

Yes, our street-legal golf carts are equipped with headlights and can be driven after dark. Rules of the road apply at all hours.

No! Gas-powered golf carts do not require charging or cords like electric ones. Monitor the gas tank for fuel levels.  Refill before the last day of your rental.  We offer a hassle-free return option on any gas level for a flat fee of $20.

We recommend starting your rental on the day you check-in and ending on the day you check-out. Your cart will be delivered by noon on the starting day of the reservation. Carts are picked up after 10pm on the last day of your reservation day so you get a full day of use!

We deliver 7 days a week and make all deliveries by noon.

Each cart has a lock box with the key inside. We will email you the code upon delivery.   There is a $75 Charge for lost keys.

Delivery and pick up are FREE!

Please call us if you want to keep it longer than expected. It could be reserved for another group – but if not, we would happily let you rent for a few extra days.

We go above and beyond to offer competitive pricing during high season and have discounted rates from October - March. The best deals are always weekly reservations. Carts are delivered by noon on the first day of your reservation.   Carts are picked up after 10m on your last day!

While our main location is in Santa Rosa Beach, we serve various places near the beach, including Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, and Miramar .
